Hi, I’m Kelly Slattery and I live in East Auckland. I married my wonderful husband Wayne after a whirlwind courtship & he has stuck by me through my crazy addiction to paper crafts :o) I have a 7 year old daughter, Taiga (pronounced tiger) and a 4 year old son, Raven.
I stated scrapbooking in 2005 and through scrapbooking friends I discovered the joys of stamping…in late 2008 I discovered Stampin' Up!
I was scrapbook tutor at Scrapbook Studio from July 2007 to January 2009 and it was through that opportunity that I realised that I thoroughly enjoy sharing my passion for paper crafting with people.
I have been published numerous times in various Australian magazines as well as in New Zealand’s Up2Scrap.
You know how motivational speakers talk about finding your passion? – I always used to wonder what mine was….but not any more – I’m a proud paper crafter :o)
I became an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in January 2009 so that I could buy the gorgeous products at a discount, the added benefit was that I could earn an income sharing something I love with others and make it fit into a schedule that works for me.
Now I run my Stampin' Up! business part time & it allows me to do what I love, spend time with my family & earn money to contribute to our household - I'm loving it!
