Ok, It's obviously not so secret (I'm sharing it on the internet) - but it's the simplest & yummiest dip recipe.
I pinched it off my sister a couple of years ago - well it seems like a couple of years ago, but I was living in Australia at the time - so it's got to be over 10 years ago!!
Lordy! How times flies!!
Anyway, summer is just around the corner & this dip is great with vege sticks and really it couldn't be easier:
Mix 1/2 jar of Corn Relish (I like Cerebos) with 1 tub of Sour Cream (I usually go the Lite version).
